Pathways
Urban Pathways is a New York City-based, nonprofit organization that provides housing and support to at-risk and homeless adults. Urban Pathways serves more than 3,700 men and women a year by providing services, ranging from meals to nursing care, and transitional and permanent supportive housing. By providing “housing first” we are able to meet the complex needs of these individuals, most of whom have long histories of homelessness and also have mental health or substance use disorders.
